Return Policy

The women at Due Donne want you to love the items you've purchased, and if you don't, you may return the purchase. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. If you return an item that has obviously been worn we will have to send the item back. Upon acceptance of return, we will exchange for like items, issue you a credit toward future purchases or credit your credit card. We process returns the same day they come in, so you will get your money back ASAP. You will see a refund between 2 to 7 days, depending the amount of time it takes your bank to process the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow the steps listed below to complete a return. Sorry, all SALE items are final.

1. E-mail DueDonneBoutique@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization number and form. Please list reason for return.
2. You will receive an e-mail back within 24 hours with an R.A. number and R.A. form.
3. Fill out the form in full and place it in the box to ship back with the item to:
